If you have been placed previously in the proposal request queue, please call our office, and the proposal request will be re-reviewed. Office hours are 8 am – 5 pm Mon – Fri with Lunch from 12 pm – 1 pm. If you need to come to the office, please call to verify that we are in and not out in the field or in a meeting. Any needed meetings with Mark Shadburn must be scheduled.

Eagle Peak Land Surveying, Inc. - Proposal Requests - Employing - Need to Know -

Start with the Proposal Request form in the upper right corner. If the job is accepted our office will contact you via e-mail with an official price and schedule estimate.

Once the Estimate is agreed to, it is honored as an official agreement and any obstacle that could change it will be communicated. A Contract will only be drawn up by request after retainer payment is received.
A 50% retainer payment is required to commence work, place fieldwork on the schedule and keep to the completion date. Completion of a Plat of Survey is approximately 30 to 60 days after the estimated fieldwork date.
Final payment is due after the completed review of the Plat of Survey is approved and then it will be recorded with the Town of Taos County Clerk’s office. Two (2) full-sized hard copies of the recorded Plat of Survey will be mailed. PDF copy sent only by request.

Are not an official survey and are performed at the request of the
Title Insurance Company and for the purpose of the Financial Lender. Eagle Peak Land Surveying, Inc.'s standards are to perform the same fieldwork for an ILR as done for a Boundary Survey.
